01Acceptance and eligibility

By accessing NEET Live, submitting an enquiry, creating an account or purchasing a service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are under 18, your parent or lawful guardian must review and accept these terms on your behalf. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

02Our services

Services may include educational content, mock tests, performance and rank estimates, college predictors, webinars, counselling alerts, college discovery, one-to-one counselling, choice-filling guidance and admission-process support. The features included depend on the plan purchased or the written scope accepted before payment.

The introductory INR 499 plus 18% GST NEET Live Starter Pack (reference price INR 2,299) is a limited one-time service containing the features displayed at purchase, including one full-syllabus mock test, its national mock-rank snapshot, a one-shot predictor, listed digital resources, one 15-minute discovery call, one counselling webinar and essential Live Connect alerts through the final officially notified round. It is not complete counselling. NEET Live Complete Care is offered only after a student-specific scope and quote are communicated and accepted; its exact mentor, app, content and admission-execution deliverables will be recorded before payment.

We may improve, modify, replace or discontinue non-essential features where reasonably necessary. Scheduled sessions may be rescheduled with reasonable notice.

03No admission or rank guarantee

Predictions, shortlists, rank estimates and counselling suggestions are informational estimates based on available data and the details you provide. We do not guarantee a particular rank, college, course, fee, scholarship, visa, seat or admission. Final decisions are made by official authorities and institutions under applicable rules.

04Your responsibilities

• Provide complete, accurate and current academic, category, domicile and contact information.
• Use one student account per person and keep the registered email and mobile number accessible.
• Verify deadlines, eligibility, fees and instructions on official counselling or institution websites.
• Protect account credentials and do not share passwords, paid access, test content or session links.
• Securely log out on shared devices and promptly report suspected unauthorised access.
• Attend scheduled sessions and promptly provide documents or decisions required for guidance.
• Do not misuse the website, interfere with systems, scrape content or attempt unauthorised access.

We are not responsible for outcomes affected by inaccurate information, missed deadlines, unavailable documents, delayed responses or actions taken contrary to official instructions.

05Fees, payments and cancellations

Prices, taxes, inclusions and validity periods are displayed or communicated before purchase. Payment confirms access only to the selected plan. Unless expressly stated otherwise, government fees, application charges, college fees, travel, accommodation, visa, document and third-party costs are not included.

Payment verification and receipts follow our Payment Process. Refund and cancellation eligibility follows the offer shown at purchase, applicable consumer law and our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Consumed mock tests, downloaded content, completed webinars, activated subscriptions and completed counselling sessions may be non-refundable to the extent permitted by law. Duplicate or incorrect payments should be reported promptly with transaction details.

06Intellectual property

NEET Live software, designs, branding, mock tests, questions, videos, reports, methods and other content are owned by or licensed to YCO Multiverse Private Limited. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use purchased content during the applicable access period. You may not reproduce, sell, publish, record, distribute or commercially exploit it without written permission.

07Third-party information and services

Our service may reference counselling authorities, colleges, payment providers, communication platforms or external websites. Their rules, availability, content and actions are outside our control. References to a college do not constitute endorsement, representation or assurance of admission.

08Disclaimers and limitation

We provide services with reasonable care, but information may change rapidly during counselling periods. To the extent permitted by law, services are provided without warranties of uninterrupted availability, error-free operation or a particular outcome.

YCO Multiverse Private Limited will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, loss of opportunity caused by official or third-party actions, or decisions made without verifying official information. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

09Suspension and termination

We may restrict or terminate access for non-payment, credential sharing, abusive conduct, fraud, security threats, intellectual-property violations or material breach of these terms. Provisions concerning payments, ownership, disclaimers, liability and disputes survive termination.

10Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The parties should first attempt to resolve concerns in good faith by contacting us. Subject to applicable consumer rights and mandatory law, disputes will be subject to the courts having jurisdiction over the registered office of YCO Multiverse Private Limited.

11Changes and general terms

We may update these terms for legal, operational or service changes. Updated terms take effect when posted, unless a later date is stated. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue. Failure to enforce a term is not a waiver. You may not transfer your rights under these terms without our consent.
